Subscription trial

When a drip-feed subscription is expressly offered with a trial, the trial period stated for that course is either 14 or 30 days. Module 1 is available during the trial. You may request cancellation and a refund before the stated trial period ends. Courses identified as having no trial are non-refundable from purchase, subject to the exceptional cases below.

After the trial

After the stated trial period ends, completed subscription payments are non-refundable. Custom access arrangements, fixed-term packages, additional module unlocks and other purchases without a stated trial period are also non-refundable.

Cancel anytime

You may cancel your subscription at any time to stop future renewals. Cancellation does not normally refund a payment already made for the current billing period. Please contact us before your next renewal date so the request can be processed.

Keep your unlocked modules

After cancelling the regular subscription, you may request retained access for €4.99 per month. This lets you continue using modules already unlocked while helping cover secure video hosting, bandwidth and portal costs.

During retained access, the regular drip schedule is paused and no additional modules unlock. If retained-access payments end, course access may also end.

Duplicate charges and technical errors

Refunds may be granted for a verified duplicate charge or proven technical billing error. Please submit the request within seven days of the affected charge.
